Cabo San Locos - Nightlife

“Land’s End, you have to see it/Ain’t no picture ever say it right/Walkin’ the streets doing that ole Cabo Wabo/Place comes to life every night!” So sang Sammy Hagar, whose Cabo Wabo Cantina remains one of the Land’s End city’s signature late night attractions, as popular today as it was 2o years ago. The competition keeps getting fiercer, however. Nowadays, The Capes Region boasts a veritable throng of nightlife options, from beachfront cantinas, brew pubs and cigar bars to live music venues, hip lounges and nightclubs pulsing with high-energy dance beats. Cabo comes completely and fully to life after dark, when the beaches are empty, the swimsuits have been traded in for party attire, and the operative words become “más” and “tequila.”

The secret of Cabo’s boisterous nightlife scene is that it doesn’t always take place at night. Beachfront cantinas like Mango Deck – the legendary Spring Break mecca of Médano Beach – are famous for getting the party started early.
