March to July – This series of weekend culinary events, held in the resort’s Garden Restaurant near Todos Santos, began three years ago and features top chefs from North America. The first two events of the year will see chefs from Colorado take over the kitchen. On March 9-12, Matt O’Neill of Aspen Kitchen in Aspen will be featured, while Alex Seidel of Fruition Restaurant and Mercantile Dining & Provision in Denver will participate April 6-9. Matt McCallister of FT33 and Filament of Dallas will take over June 8-11 and Jason Dady of Tre Trattoria, Two Bros. BBQ Market and Shuck Shack, in San Antonio will be the guest chef for July 6-9.
