Solomon’s Landing Monthly Wine Pairing Dinner

Chef Brian Solomon’s Landing restaurant has been a fixture on the Cabo San Lucas Marina for more than two decades, and its chef given the celebrity treatment on television shows like Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives and Destination Baja Sur. Solomon’s serves up a wide variety of seafood and other dishes, but its cuisine reaches its fullest expression in the restaurant’s monthly wine paring dinners, in which a lavish tasting menu is matched by a succession of high-quality wines.
